OUR FOUNDER
Arturo Bobadilla was born on 05/01/1964 in Lima, Peru. He has 3 children and is a US Veteran, Business Owner and Civil Servant. In 1989 I joined the U.S. Navy and was assigned as an Engineer to oversee all the military bases construction, maintenance and security safety in different countries of the Middle East.
While in the military, Mr. Bobadilla earned numerous awards and medals for the character he displayed. After his military career, Mr. Bobadilla earned his Bachelors in Construction Technologies. He then became a real estate investor and opened his construction company called Precision General Contractors.
Arturo began remodeling his investment houses while working with private clients to design and build residential properties which lead to State and Federal agency work. In 2014 Mr. Bobadilla went to Peru for a construction project; while in his country, he was saddened by the lack of support in children’s nutrition, poor health, school supplies, poor academic achievement and activity programs. Through Arturo’s commitment to fight delinquency, bullying and domestic violence issues; I have created a Non-Profit Organization “Mil Voces”.
Mil Voces assisted with the physical and mental health of children, education and after hour activities. Arturo’s endeavors with Mil Voces has led to hiring psychologist and interns to work in each school elementary, middle and high school to boost their self-esteem and to target family issues. In less than six months, students that were initially failing, improved drastically to A and B grades.
In places that suffer great poverty and lacked utility systems Mil Voces has created health fairs by bringing in medical doctors, nurses and psychologists for general screening and follow ups. All this was done in different regions and the professionals were monetarily compensated by his foundation which he funds through his personal assets.
His mission as a non-profit is focused to give relief to the poor and distressed of the underprivileged, while contributing to the development and advancement of the culture, social welfare, education, science and health care. Through Mil Voces, Arturo has come to realize that there is a more immediate need within the poorest of the poor in Peru, and that is healthcare. Our first initiative in 2019 is to build a state of the art hospital to stop the unnecessary dying that is happening on a daily basis from preventable diseases; such as cancer.
Arturo has been working with several specialists, including oncologists to facilitate the transport of patients living in remote areas; so that they may get the care they need (which is minimal at best). This project is our number one priority; our every focus is on getting this hospital facility up and running as quickly as possible to save lives.
In addition to the hospital, we also want to develop another facility that will concentrate on research for alternative and holistic cures for disease. We know that clean food and water are urgently needed; as contamination is the instrument that cause many diseases. This can and will be accomplished with our initiatives for cleaner energy solutions. Negotiations are underway that specializes in waste to energy solutions.
This proposal will help to clean up the region of the waste that surrounds these poor areas within the country of Peru. To achieve these initiatives Investors are needed for Mil Voces to finance the development of gold mines in Peru; the soil tests have already been completed and the certificates issued. Funds from the mined gold will be placed into our nonprofit organization and used to build the hospital facility, research center and for infrastructure needed for the surrounding area. Once this is achieved we can keep developing in other needed regions around the country.
